  • LHS Yearbook 2026

    Lincoln High School offers Yearbook as a CTE (Career Technical Education) elective for students. The LHS Cardinal Yearbook is a student-designed and produced publication typically distributed in spring before seniors graduate.

    Purchase your yearbook online by logging into your SchoolPay account.

    COST: 

    $60 from August 2025 - October 1, 2025

    $65 from October 2, 2025- February 1, 2026

    $70 from February 2, 2026- February 13, 2026

    Financial aid to purchase a yearbook is available: 

    Seniors on Free and Reduced Lunch: there is no charge for a yearbook, but you still need to order one on your SchoolPay Account (it will come up no charge.)
     
    Freshmen through Juniors on Free and Reduced Lunch: yearbook is $45; you still need to order one on your SchoolPay account.

    LAST DAY TO BUY A YEARBOOK IS FEBRUARY 13, 2026

    If you did not purchase a yearbook by the deadline, please use the Yearbook Waitlist (link will be added after 2/13/26) to add your student's name to the waitlist for a yearbook. Filling out this form does not guarantee a yearbook. If one becomes available, you will be sent a SchoolPay link to purchase one. Seniors have priority on the waitlist. 

    Info for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors:

    The picture used in the "people" section of the yearbook will be the photo ID picture you have taken by LifeTouch at Lincoln during registration in August or on make-up picture day, September 2. 

    Info for Seniors:

    SENIOR PORTRAIT GUIDELINES: Seniors get to submit a photo of themselves for the senior section of the yearbook.  All senior portraits are due by December 5, 2025. If you do not submit a photo by the deadline, your ID/Lifetouch photo will be used.  Students may use a photo taken by a professional photographer or students may use photos taken by friends or family.
    There are a few guidelines that must be followed:
    1. Your portrait must be a representation of you, not someone or something else.
    2. Your face must be showing (no masks, backs of heads, etc).
    3. You must be dressed in a way that conforms to the school dress code.
    4. Your portrait can not promote or condone drug use, gang activity, or violence.
    5. Photos may be in color, or black & white, indoor or outdoor, formal or informal
    6. If you aren’t sure if your creative portrait idea conforms to these rules, make sure to have some backup photos to use instead.

    SENIOR QUOTES: Yearbook does not include senior quotes as it is not best practice for student journalists. Like the newspaper staff, yearbook staff adheres to the Society of Professional Journalists Code of Ethics. Yearbook staff are responsible for all content published in the yearbook, whether they created it or not. Senior quotes expose yearbook staff to risk for copyright infringement and libel, among other concerns. Student voices will be included in the yearbook in a myriad of other ways.
     
    SENIOR PAGES: Google Forms about senior superlatives and senior advice will posted in the class of 2026 Canvas early second semester. 
     
    Yearbook invites additional photo submissions from students, parents, and other members of the school community: Yearbook staff will be soliciting photos using Google Forms through each grade level's Canvas class, and will also be accepting photos featuring Lincoln students who are members of clubs, student unions, teams, etc. by email: lhscardinalyearbook@gmail.com. When sending photos for the Yearbook staff to consider using, you must include the following information:
    • Names and grades of people in the photo (in order from left to right)
    • Activity or topic of photo
    • If you are the photographer, include your full name and contact information and a sentence giving the Yearbook staff permission to publish the photo in the Yearbook.
    • If you did not take the photo(s), please include the name and contact information for the photographer so Yearbook staff can contact them to obtain permission to publish the photo.
